The founder of Mind Elixir, Anumeha Upalkar, has an educational background and a work experience that include various countries around the world. Her work experience also consists of dealing with people of different nationalities, showing her potential clients that her experience makes it easy for her to work with almost all cultural backgrounds comfortably.

Educational Background
Anumeha Upalkar has an extensive background in psychology, psychotherapy and neurosciences which began in India where she pursued her undergraduate degree in psychology followed by moving to London where she pursued her MSc in Clinical Neurodevelopmental Sciences from the prestigious Kings College London. She also got trained in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the Antarnad Foundation and Cognitive behavioural Therapy from GIPS, both of which are respected mental health institutions in Ahmedabad, India. After learning Clinical Trauma Therapy from Arizona Trauma Institute and Grief counselling from a certified trainer, She is now using her time to learn and gain
in-depth knowledge about Neuroplasticity.
Clinical Placements and Work Experience
The Founder has a very diverse work experience ranging from The Maudsley Hospital in London, England to The Gujarat Institute of Psychological Sciences and Research in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. She has had the opportunity to work at 2 different hospitals (The Maudsley hospital and Clapham Family Practice) during her clinical placements (as a part of MSc) in London. She worked with people from different cultural backgrounds who suffered from neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism, ADHD and Intellectual Disability. Back home in India while interning for GIPS, Ahmedabad, She had the opportunity to briefly work with individuals with disorders such as Personality Disorders, Anxiety, Depression and Schizophrenia.
